Tamara has spent over two decades building high-performing teams for billion-dollar companies, starting in agency recruiting before transitioning into corporate talent leadership. This unique path has shaped her ability to move with urgency while designing long-term talent strategies that drive business success.
She has led large-scale workforce transformations and executive hiring initiatives for companies like JCPenney, Brinks, and SRS Distribution, where she developed and executed end-to-end talent strategies that align people, process, and business goals. With a deep understanding of how to optimize hiring through data, technology, and a focus on human connection, she has consistently helped organizations attract and retain top talent.
Now, as Managing Partner of Good Human Talent, Tamara is on a mission to connect good humans with great companies—because talent isn’t just about skills, it’s about the right people, in the right place, making the right impact.
Kelli Linder
Kelli is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in high-volume recruiting and people-first leadership. Kelli brings a proven track record of building strong teams and fostering inclusive, growth-oriented workplace cultures.
Kelli held progressive roles in talent acquisition and HR, including Recruiting Manager at Republic Roof, Recruiting Business Partner at SRS Distribution, and Regional Recruiter at Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits. Across these positions, Kelli led recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles- from field positions to corporate and executive leadership - driving strategic hiring initiatives and supporting organizational growth.
With a passion for talent development, onboarding, and navigating complex employee relations- including terminations-Kelli leads with empathy, clear communication, and a focus on long-term success for both employees and the organization. Her expertise lies in aligning HR strategies with business goals, creating enivornments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
